As Senior Sales Supervisor Sofia you will be responsible for handling and developing the indirect territory in the most important region by crafting an effective territory strategy and plan, in line with our business objectives. You will be accountable for the excellent execution of the plan by the dedicated team of Business Builders, Trade Activators and IQOS Sales Experts in your area of responsibility.

Your ‘day to day’:

  • Providing effective mentorship, development, leadership and motivation of the team members daily
  • Owning the commercial deployment strategy for the region
  • Monitoring and analysing all relevant market information to maintain extensive knowledge of the region which supports business decisions and improve efficiency of field operations.
  • Analysing Sales Cycle results for the assigned territory and provide constructive feedback to the Line Manager and Commercial Planning to constantly improve quality design and standards of future sales cycles activities.
  • Establishing and encouraging business relations with trade partners, manage building and maintenance of permanent active communication network in KA and General Trade channels at territory level.
  • Identifying and ensuring on a regular basis the necessary roles and responsibilities of the field team  for balanced IQOS Acquisition and Retention.
  • Encouraging collaboration between physical and remote channels for provision of flawless IQOS consumer journey at territory level.
  • Providing feedback and propose vital actions for continuous improvement of the omni-channel consumer experience for achieving the territory KPIs.
  • Ensure that extended field forces follow Business Conduct policies and performs activities in line with PMI Marketing Code.

Who we’re looking for:

  • College or University degree in the field of Administration or Economy.
  • 2 years of professional experience preferably in FMCG industry.
  • At least 4 years of experience in leading others.
  • Business & Financial Savvy.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Bulgarian language.
  • Self-disciplined and organized approach to work
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • A dynamic and proactive approach.
  • Driver’s license
