As a Senior Data Analyst, you will focus on analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to produce insights in active support of business teams.

Your ‘day to day’:

• Processing and analyzing datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness, to extract meaningful insights meeting the requirements of the business teams.
• Developing engaging reports to effectively communicate findings and insights. Reports delivered through Excel, Power BI or PowerPoint.
• Collaborating closely with business teams, business analysts and data scientists to ensure data analysis supports business decision-making.
• Finding opportunities for improvements in processes, methods and tools to improve data analysis, reporting capabilities and delivery of projects.
• Designing, modifying, and maintaining data models and associated components
• Developing reports to communicate findings effectively. Reports are delivered through Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools.

Who we’re looking for:

• 5+ year of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proven experience as data analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in data visualization, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with building and maintaining data models.
• Familiarity with data governance principles to ensure data quality.
• Relevant certifications in data analysis, e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
• Ability to analyze and model complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive and result driven.
• Lead and coach other analysts.
• Track record of managing more than one project at a time.
