As a Senior Business Analyst, you will focus on analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to produce meaningful insights as a partner to business teams working on programs, campaigns and portfolio initiatives.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

  • Processing and analyzing datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness, to extract meaningful insights meeting the requirements of the business teams.
  • Delivering engaging reports and actionable insights to partners through visualization tools and presentations. Reports are delivered through Excel, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
  • Collaborating closely with business teams, business analysts and data scientists to ensure data analysis supports business decision-making.
  • Finding opportunities for improvements in processes, methods and tools to improve data analysis, reporting capabilities and delivery of projects.
  • Designing, modifying, and maintaining data models and associated components

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • 5+ year of experience working with data or a related role.
  • Demonstrable experience working as a data analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in data visualization, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining data models.
  • Experience with SQL & Snowflake is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles to ensure data quality.
  • Relevant certifications in data analysis, e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
  • Ability to analyze and model complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive and result driven.
  • Lead and provide mentorship to other analysts.
  • Track record of managing more than one project at a time.
