As a Sales Experts Supervisor you will be responsible for the effective organization, execution, and oversight of B2C activities within the assigned territory and scope of influence. This role is essential for boosting the company's marketing investments and consumer interactions by leading agency teams, maintaining operations, and meeting objectives.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

  • Supervising, coordinating, and planning the daily activities of third-party agency personnel to ensure the achievement of predefined objectives.
  • Guaranteeing that all contracted services and staff operating in full alignment with established standards for quality, quantity, and compliance.
  • Leading by example, setting high standards of conduct, and ensuring that teams are well-trained, engaged, and motivated.
  • Driving the continuous development and performance of third-party sales teams by identifying capability gaps, providing targeted coaching, and ensuring access to relevant training programs.
  • Encouraging a culture of accountability, learning, and excellence by setting clear expectations, offering regular feedback, and recognizing achievements.
  • Actively nurturing the professional development of team members by promoting standard processes, encouraging skill improvement, and aligning individual development plans with business needs.
  • Ensuring that all personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and motivation to deliver outstanding consumer engagement and represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
  • Working with agency partners and internal collaborators to implement structured onboarding, upskilling, and performance management processes that support long-term talent sustainability and operational success.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the assigned territory and consumer segment, including market dynamics, trends, and key players within the FMCG sector.
  • Encouraging strong business relationships with all collaborators, positioning the company as a trusted and preferred partner.
  • Proactively identifying new consumer engagement locations to strengthen brand presence and sustain competitive advantage.
  • Translating monthly KPIs into clear team objectives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sales cycles. Monitoring individual and team performance, provide actionable feedback, and implement improvement plans to drive consistent results and operational excellence.
  • Analyzing key business metrics and sales reports to identify areas for improvement. Develop and propose actionable plans to enhance performance and drive growth.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting consumer insights to supporting the development of effective business strategies. Continuously monitoring market trends and consumer behavior to identifying new engagement opportunities and provide timely recommendations to management.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • University or College degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in FMCG sector or tobacco industry, preferably in field sales or consumer engagement
  • Excellent collaboration in cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in 3rd parties’ management.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt in evolving situation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bulgarian.
  • A dynamic and proactive approach.
  • Active driver with valid driving license
