As a Research Analyst you will conduct in-depth diagnostic research in the market to learn what consumers are thinking, feeling, and doing along their consumer journeys. You will translate these insights into actionable recommendations and draw conclusions. The role includes connecting all consumer insights, giving comprehensive reports, using digital sources, and predicting the impact of insights implementation.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

  • Leading 360-degree insight generation and management, closely cooperating with commercial and business planning management.
  • Conducting sophisticated analyses to support the improvement of customers' experience and generate strategic recommendations
  • Translating consumer data into clear commercial actions and presenting them to our collaborators.
  • Driving "Best in class Analytics" while accelerating data-based digital analytics and predictive modeling.
  • Creating functional specifications and design documents for new systems and enhancements.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for consumer research and analytics.
  • Designing, briefing, and creating consumer and market "Data products" to driving faster business decisions.
  • Conducting real-time analyses to generate insights for Commercial, Channel and other teams.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • University Degree in Psychology, Statistics, Market Research, Data Science, Economics, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience within the realm of Market Research, Insights & Analytics, Data Science, or a relevant position.
  • Proven collaboration skills, building partnership and working cross-functionally with IT, Digital, CRM functions, and General Management.
  • Extended knowledge in market research methodologies such as segmentation, brand equity, conjoint analysis, price sensitivity measurement, and concept testing.
  • Working knowledge of Python, PowerBI, DAX, QlikView, Tableau.
  • Data storytelling skills, demonstrating the ability to connect, interpret, and present data to provide insightful and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and interested parties.
