About the Program

IMPACT is an internship program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from June 2025, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Our aim is to share knowledge, experience, ideas, and vision about the world, so that together we can make history. Now, you have the opportunity to join our team.

Your ‘day to day’:

• Assist in the preparation of materials for paid media campaigns based on our brand calendar.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of paid media campaigns across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies.
• Help manage and optimize ad placements, budgets, and bids to maximize return of investment.
• Support the creation of engaging and effective ad copy and visuals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for future campaigns.
   

Who we’re looking for:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and paid media.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
