About the Program

IMPACT is an internship program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from June 2025, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Our aim is to share knowledge, experience, ideas, and vision about the world, so that together we can make history. Now, you have the opportunity to join our team.

Your ‘day to day’:

• Support the team in analyzing trade programs results and data, propose actionable insights to Project owners.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of the introduced activities and initiatives.
• Provide inputs on continuous improvements for the processes involved.
• Contribute into the deployment of in-market initiatives, such as B2C offers, new product launches or upgrades, new systems developments/ implementation.
• Support in any other administrative Commercial Planning tasks.
• Explore areas of interest and suggest ideas for their improvement.
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for commercial planning.
• Collaborate with team members on various commercial projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and provide insights to improve commercial strategies and optimize processes.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Who we’re looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Data Science, Project Management).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Pivot for Excel, Power Query for Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic and ambitious people with result driven mindset.
