As a Key Account Intern you will be responsible for supporting ongoing projects and business relations with key partners by coordinating communication and managing contract relations. You will assist with daily operational tasks, analyzing sales data, and ensuring proper execution of promotional and compliance activities. Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc requests, prepare presentations, and provide information to stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation of key account strategies and programs.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

  • Maintain ongoing communication and manage business relationships with Key Account partners.
  • Handle contracts by preparing, coordinating, and validating agreements and annexes with internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Support daily operational tasks such as preparing presentations, coordinating activities, handling ad-hoc requests, and providing information to stakeholders to facilitate initiatives and programs for Key Accounts.
  • Follow up on the results of launched initiatives, collecting both qualitative and quantitative data to assess key account performance and inform future strategies.
  • Gather feedback from partners, perform compliance checks, and evaluate effectiveness.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome students in their last year of education or recently graduated who are curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. To join the internship program, you should have:

  • Studies in areas like Business, Marketing, Digital, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Political Science, or a related field
  • Interest in business innovation, problem solving, and learning new skills solving, and learning new skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Organizational discipline and high accuracy in data handling and analysis
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bulgarian language.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent level of Excel, Word, Power-point.
  • Energetic and ambitious personality who want to see results.
  • Well-organized fast learners, who see no boundaries.
  • Curiosity driven personalities to understand the business.
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to share ideas.
  • A willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
