As a Go-to Market Executive, you will be playing a key role in planning the deployment of the company Business Models on the Market. Additionally, supporting the planning of the campaign deployment in the fast-paced Multicategory environment.

Your ‘day to day’:

• Supporting the planning and execution of the company’s Business Models by assisting in the design, tracking, and validation of bonus schemes for the commercial organization.
• Performing calculations and preparing reports that measure the success rate of the sales workforce toward defined KPIs and end goals.
• Assisting with regular performance analysis, identifying trends, and helping highlight improvement opportunities.
• Participating in the planning and rollout of Multicategory Marketing campaigns that support the company’s strategic priorities.
• Helping coordinate campaign timelines, materials, and internal communication flow between involved departments.
• Contributing to the end-to-end campaign preparation process—from briefing and planning to execution tracking and post campaign evaluation.

Who we’re looking for:

• Studies in areas like Business, Marketing, Digital, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Interest in innovation, problem solving, and learning new skills‑solving, and learning new skills
• Interest in Business Models planning and organizing.
• Interest in acquiring calculation skills for success rate of sales workforce towards set end goals.
• Interest in gaining experience in confidence for end-to-end campaign planning process towards successful deployment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bulgarian language.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent level of Excel, Word, Power-point.
• Energetic and ambitious personality who want to see results.
• Well-organized fast learners, who see no boundaries.
• Curiosity driven personalities to understand business.
