As a Field Sales Supervisor, you will coordinate and improve the assigned territory by crafting an impactful territory strategy and plan aligned with business objectives. Ensuring the successful implementation of the strategy by the committed team of Trade Activators and in your designated area, your role consists of offering effective mentorship, development, leadership, and motivation to team members daily to accomplish business objectives and critical metrics in the designated territory.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Developing and implementing actionable territory plans that reflect local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and business priorities.
- Driving continuous growth of heat-not-burn, electronic cigarettes, nicotine pouches and combustible cigarettes categories by optimizing resource allocation and ensuring availability and handling excellence.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the territory through systematic gathering, monitoring, and analysis of market intelligence.
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM data on Trade Segmentation parameters for all POS.
- Ensuring team readiness and alignment with territory strategy and business objectives, enabling consistent execution of strategies, activities, and campaigns in the field.
- Fostering a high-performing team culture through effective leadership, clear communication, and structured performance management.
- Driving individual and team growth through targeted training, continuous on-the-job trainings (OJT), and competency building.
- Encouraging a culture of feedback, mentoring, and accountability to improve team impact and engagement.
- Establishing and nurturing strong business relationships with trade partners across General Trade, LKA, and KA channels at the territory level.
- Ensuring a robust and active communication network that supports acquisition volume in the Indirect channel within a multi-category environment.
- Strategically developing and maintaining an efficient footprint of service points, implementing relevant retention initiatives to improve consumer dedication and partner dedication.
- Leading the smooth execution of trade operations in the region, identifying touchpoints for trade initiatives tailored to meet growth needs, profiles, and personnel proficiencies. Ensure strict adherence to merchandising and campaign guidelines.
- Driving retailer and retail staff engagement in lead generation and dedication initiatives through effective use of digital and non-digital trade engagement tools.
- Elevating product knowledge, merchandising standards, and consumer interaction quality by offsite delivering targeted education and training programs to shop personnel, reinforcing both acquisition and retention efforts for PMBG products.
Who we’re looking for:
- University or College degree.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in FMCG sector or tobacco industry, preferably in field sales.
- Minimum 2 years of Sales teams management.
- Excellent collaboration in cross-functional projects.
- Experience in 3rd parties’ management.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to adapt in evolving situation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bulgarian.
- A dynamic and proactive approach.
- Active driver with valid driving license
