About the Program

IMPACT is an internship program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from June 2025, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Your ‘day to day’:

• Provide support to the Store Manager in their daily operations.
• Coordinating and ensuring proper maintenance and refurbishment of Point of Sale (POS) systems with vendors.
• Collecting and managing reports and information required for store operations.
• Ensuring proper handling and care of products within the store.
• Managing inventory levels and track stock movements to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Overseeing the visual presentation of products to attract customers and enhance sales.
• Providing assistance to the POS team in their daily tasks.
• Facilitating the collection of customer surveys and feedback to improve store services.
• Greet and welcome visitors to the POS area, ensuring they receive excellent customer service.
• Facilitate and manage internal queues to ensure efficient customer flow and reduce waiting times.

Who we’re looking for:

• Recent University graduates or at least 3rd year graduates in Business Administration or any related subject, with interests in starting their career journey.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Bulgarian languages.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent level of Excel, Word, Power-point.
• Energetic and ambitious people who want to see results.
• Well-organized fast learners, who see no boundaries.
• Curiosity driven personalities to understand the business.
