About the Program

IMPACT is an internship program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from June 2025, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Our aim is to share knowledge, experience, ideas, and vision about the world, so that together we can make history. Now, you have the opportunity to join our team. 

Your ‘day to day’: 

• Supporting the management of the omnichannel consumer audience segmentation, product catalogue, consumer programs and journeys through CRM, Workflow and other digital systems 

• Maintaining and continuously optimize our digital systems and products 

• Collaborating with the rest of the Digital Systems team & IT on defining needed system capabilities and driving the delivery and implementation of the required projects and enhancements 

• Working cross-functionally with various teams during projects and initiatives to improve consumer experience and to drive digital automation and innovation 

• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting on our digital systems usage 

• Performing administrative tasks as needed. 

Who we’re looking for: 

• Digital-first and tech-savvy individual with passion for consumer experience. 

• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team 

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 

• Pro-activeness and responsibility. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Pivot for Excel, Power Query for Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an advantage. 

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Information Technologies, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or similar STEM fields).
