About the Program

IMPACT is an internship program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from June 2025, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Your ‘day to day’:

• Design and execute targeted CRM campaigns in various communication channels in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Perform systems set up, QA, and monitoring of all automated customer journeys and ad hoc CRM campaigns.
• Manage third-party stakeholders (agencies and other partners) to produce high-quality CRM assets in a timely and effective manner.
• Design and manage consumer initiatives in for our loyalty program to increase the members’ active rate.
• Monitor, analyse, and report CRM and loyalty program KPIs.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.

Who we’re looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Data Science, Project Management).
• Interest in copywriting and technical aspect of CRM solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Pivot for Excel, Power Query for Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about consumers.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactiveness and responsibility.
