Our internship is designed to help you start your career journey. Over your time with us, you’ll work within a supportive team, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop practical skills through learning sessions, coaching, and access to digital tools. It runs from 1 June 2026, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. As a Consumer Programs Intern, you will play an active role in driving the execution of consumer programs, ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across the full program lifecycle.

Your ‘day to day’:

• Supporting the end-to-end execution of the consumer initiatives by following defined processes and governance frameworks.
• Monitoring and validate activity implementation across different stages and teams involved in the program lifecycle.
• Assisting with operational and coordination tasks related to program deployment.
• Tracking timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder handover to ensure smooth execution.
• Preparing status updates and highlight potential risks, gaps, or deviations in a structured and timely manner.
• Coordinating confirmations and approvals with relevant stakeholders across functions.
• Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying execution efficiencies and sharing feedback.

Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome students in their last year of education or recently graduated who are curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. To join the internship program, you should have:

• Demonstrated interest in consumer programs, marketing operations, or project coordination.
• Initial experience through internships, university projects or student organizations is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bulgarian language.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent level of Excel, Word, Power-point.
• Energetic and ambitious personality who want to see results.
• Well-organized fast learners, who see no boundaries.
• Curiosity driven personalities to understand the business.
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to share ideas.
• A willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
