About the Program

IMPACT is an internship program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from June 2025, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Our aim is to share knowledge, experience, ideas, and vision about the world, so that together we can make history. Now, you have the opportunity to join our team.

Your ‘day to day’:

• Support the team in all routines and activities surrounding measuring consumer experience across the consumer journey.

• Collaborate with digital systems, marketing, and sales teams to enhance customer services and consumer programs.

• Actively assist the preparation and execution of business forums through organizing and preparing reports.

• Support the user segmentation process and provides insights into next best actions.

Who we’re looking for:

• Recent University graduates or at least 3rd year graduates with interests in starting their career journey.

• Strong analytical mind and experience with office 365 (excel and power point).

• Energetic and ambitious people who want to see results.

• Well-organized fast learners, who see no boundaries.

• Curiosity driven personalities to understand the business.

• Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian and English languages.
