As a Business Builder you will become the business partner for Indirect customers by developing business growth and training of SFP Partners, Device Resellers and contracted HNB Handlers. You will handle the assigned territory (Partners and Device Sellers) to accelerate SFP growth and sustain combustible share, in a multi-category context, ensuring availability of devices and consumables.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

  • Educating the retailers for the multi-category knowledge and fundamentals to ensuring acquisition and retention capabilities and transmitting the category narrative.
  • Developing and deploying services, programs, and consumer experiences to ensure accurate sales as well as coverage and service levels to LAS/LAU.
  • Trading conversion activation with the goal of making all retailers and shop assistants ambassadors.
  • Ensuring that deployments and executions of SFP at the trade level are ensured.
  • Maintaining and developing the area with sustainable relationships with the shop owners and shop assistants.
  • Managing the assigned budget to ensure effective and efficient allocation of resources.
  • Maintaining the company's reputation in third-party activities and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating the activities of B2B Front Liners and B2C Front Liners.
  • Leading all aspects of acquisition and retention performance of all POS in the scope, ensuring multi-category performance as per the guidelines.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • College or University degree, preferably in the field of Economics, Sales, or Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Good English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good understanding of POS execution.
  • Proven experience in staff engagement.
  • Business and financial competence.
  • Track record of identifying growth opportunities with customers.
  • Digital and technology literacy.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management and agile ways of working.
  • Negotiation and handling relationships with third parties.
  • A dynamic and proactive approach.
  • Self-disciplined and organized approach to work
  • Driver’s license.
