As a Business Analyst, you will manage business and ad hoc requirements through data products and analytics solutions. The role involves functional design, product testing, and leveraging business modeling and situation analysis to drive improvements and efficiencies.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Developing and maintaining business models to represent processes, roles, data, and organizational structures.
• Investigating business situations to identify problems and opportunities.
• Conducting root cause analysis and recommending actionable improvements.
• Gathering, documenting, and managing business and ad hoc requirements. Ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner needs.
• Designing and implementing data products and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
• Creating functional specifications and design documents for new systems and enhancements.
• Collaborating with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure business models are based on robust data analysis.
• Developing and completing test plans to ensure product quality and functionality. Identifying and resolving defects in collaboration with development teams.
• Partnering with team members to understand their needs and ensuring their requirements are met. Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback.

Who We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
• Experience with business modeling tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with data governance principles to ensure data integrity.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining business models to represent various business scenarios.
• Skilled in investigating business situations, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data products and analytics solutions.
• Familiarity with LeanIX.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with data visualization tools to present business models and insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
• Ability to work effectively with multi-functional teams and partners.
