About the Program

IMPACT is an internship program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from June 2025, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Your ‘day to day’:

  • Collaborate on Brand Campaigns: Participate in the design and creative work for various brand campaigns across different communication channels, working closely with cross-functional teams, third-party agencies, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate Consumer Engagement: Plan and coordinate consumer engagement activities with cross-functional teams to support brand building.
  • Support the design of Consumer Initiatives: Develop and manage consumer initiatives in experience channels for specific occasions to enhance brand engagement.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Coordinate third-party stakeholders (agencies and partners) to ensure timely and effective delivery of inputs and assets as per brief.
  • Monitor and Report: Track, analyze, and report the results and outcomes of various initiatives conducted in the department.
  • Conduct Interviews and Checks: Perform consumer interviews and check relevance of communication materials in trade channels.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks as needed in portfolio and service requisition systems.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Commercial, Project Management)
  • Keen interest in copywriting and creative marketing development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Pivot for Excel, Power Query for Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about understanding and engaging with consumers
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates proactiveness and responsibility
