About the Program

IMPACT is an internship program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from June 2025, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Your ‘day to day’:

• Lead projects for Internal and External Marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the development and execution of brand content and smoke free products related campaigns.
• Conduct market visits to provide brand insights.
• Support in creating content for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in coordinating events, activations, and third-party partnerships.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.
• Handle administrative tasks related to branding content & engagement projects.

Who we’re looking for:

• Strong creative thinking and writing & communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Good MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
• Great time management and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team. 
• Experience in marketing, communications, or social media areas is a plus.
