About the Program
IMPACT is an internship program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from July 2025, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Your ‘day to day’:
- Support the development of Trade Marketing Materials and improve Point of Sales visibility.
- Lead project for Internal and External Marketing Engagement activity.
- Coordinate development and execution of Marketing Campaigns with Advertising Agencies
- Support Digital Marketing content and activation for B2B Engagement Platform.
- Conduct market visits and gather Market and Consumer insights.
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong creative thinking and writing C communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Good MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or social media areas is a plus.
