Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Territory B2C, you will drive the execution of B2C strategies across your assigned territory, ensuring excellence in consumer acquisition and engagement activities within the retail channel. By leading and developing external B2C groups and working with key internal and external collaborators, you will help grow the business.
•    Execute regional B2C activation plans within the assigned territory, translating strategic priorities into effective field activities while providing feedback and insights to support continuous improvement.
•    Monitor and drive territory performance by coordinating external consumer-facing teams. Track important metrics, analyze results, and take corrective actions to meet acquisition, conversion, retention, and engagement targets.
•    Ensure consistent execution of activation activities, compliance with commercial standards, effective route planning, and collaboration with retail partners and internal collaborators to increase business performance.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure B2C teams have the necessary tools, systems, capabilities, training, and support required for successful execution.
•    Lead, mentor, motivate and develop 3rd party B2C teams by supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, fostering a high-performing and engaged team culture.
•    Drive consumer experience standards, upholding benefit-led conversations and the consistent application of CX principles across all interactions.
•    Ensure all activities align with internal and legal procedures. Promote a strong culture of integrity, safety, and compliance across all activities. Ensure all solutions and activities are aligned with legal and corporate requirements.

 

Skills & Capabilities

•    High school diploma is required, Bachelor’s degree would be considered a plus
•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales 
•    Sales experience across multiple channels (KA, GT, HoReCa, etc.) preferred
•    Experience in B2C sales preferred
•    Team leadership skills
•    Background in FMCG sector
•    Proficiency in English and the local language
•    Advanced skills in MS Office
•    Driving licence with at least 2 year of active driving experience
