Your ‘day to day’
As a Sr Supervisor Regional Direct Retail, you will be responsible for improving opportunities across relevant touchpoints. You will ensure activities and mechanics support the availability of Smoke-Free Products and clear communication with adult consumers. You will collaborate with third-party sales experts and internal partners to increase sales results, consumer engagement, important metric achievement, and operational quality across the Direct Retail channel.
- Sales execution and delivery of important metrics: Set clear goals with third-party sales experts, assist in rolling out activities, and track team results to achieve business targets like volume and market share, along with consumer indicators such as conversion rate and NPS.
- Consumer journey & touchpoint development: Identify relevant consumer journeys, targeted channels, micro-locations, and touchpoints, including unconventional and multi category retail formats such as flagship stores, boutiques, islands, pop-ups, booths, and mobile POS, as well as supporting effective route planning, territory execution, KPI tracking, and achievement follow-up
- Activity deployment & consumer engagement: Deploy relevant mechanics and activities from the toolbox, support the consumer journey, minimize adoption barriers, and provide relevant information through SFP commercialization channels, services, and programs.
- Ensure product availability in designated multi category touchpoints. Lead all aspects of scenography placement and maintenance. Support planogramming and merchandising to convey the right message to adult consumers and build brand image.
- Performance tracking & Internal and external stakeholder management: Define progress reports, track budget, activities, and field information, and ensure accurate and timely reporting to support business decision-making.
- Manage third-party performance, provide mentoring and feedback, follow up on objectives and deployment, and coordinate activities with relevant internal and external collaborators.
- Compliance & safety: Ensure all activities are in line with PM principles, safety and security procedures, EHS&S requirements, PM Marketing Code, Guidebook for Success, and relevant legal requirements regarding smoking prevention.
Who we’re looking for
- High school education or equivalent experience required; university degree preferred.
- Experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Experience in third-party management or team supervisory experience.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office is required.
- Active driving license is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the relevant territory, consumer dynamics, and brand knowledge is preferred.
