Your ‘day to day’

As a Finance & Business Planning Manager, you will own and drive the financial agenda and business performance for the NMK market. Acting as a key member of the Management Team, you will shape strategic and commercial decisions, translating market dynamics and consumer insights into clear financial direction and measurable outcomes. You will lead coordinated business planning and ensure financial rigor while actively steering performance and enabling balanced growth.

• Own and drive the end-to-end financial planning cycle (OB/RF), ensuring delivery of insights that enable decision-making and support business success
• Shape and influence key commercial decisions by translating strategy into financial plans that optimize growth, revenue and profitability
• Steer pricing, portfolio and profitability to improve market performance and ensure balanced business outcomes
• Integrate commercial activities, consumer insights and market trends into actionable financial perspectives that drive competitive advantage
• Act as a trusted business partner to the Management Team, actively influencing strategic direction and challenging assumptions to improve performance
• Ensure strong data governance and financial transparency, enabling accurate forecasting, risk management and informed decision-making across stakeholders

Who we’re looking for

• University degree in business administration, economics/finance or similar
• More than 6 years of experience in the position of finance manager in multinational company
• Strong commercial competence with the ability to drive business performance and influence strategic decisions
• Strong leadership capabilities and stakeholder managementProven track record of shaping financial outcomes in a dynamic, market-driven environment
• Fluent in English
