As Tech Lead you will also ensure the efficient and effective colaboration, and communication with develpement team, and different stakeholders are made efficiently.

Your Day to Day

• Work closely with value streams and architects to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. 

• Establishing a strong engineering culture within the backend chapter, with focus on code quality, scalability and maintainability

• Lead technical discussions within the team and be the go-to person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting

• Set up solid process and practices around code quality, conventions and standards

• Help delivery teams in grooming and prioritisation of Technical Debts

• Develop and communicate the product vision to developers, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Continuously reviewing and maintaining the Product Team Backlog to ensure it remains up to date, relevant, and aligned with the product vision and goals.

• Guaretee that Epics and User Stories are well-formed and aligned with product strategy.

• Calculate and align the capacity for user stories to ensure timely and successful product delivery. • Participate in PI sessions to ensure the team has a clear understanding of the backlog and prioritization.

• Participate in sprint planning meetings, providing clear guidance on what needs to be built and why.

• Track the progress of the development team, ensuring that deliverables meet the required standards and timelines.

• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from soludion outline to deployment and continuous improvement.

• Drive change management processes, including all development release, quality asurance, and product documentation.

• Gather and analyze the stakeholders feedback to continuously improve the product.

Who We Are Looking For

• University degree or adequate equivalent work experience in B2C IT.

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead.

• Strong understanding of SAFe, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Technical understand about python, Node.Js, and development methodologies.

• Expertise in all common AWS Cloud technologies, Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows. PMI Internal

• Proven track record in building highly available and scalable distributed systems.

• A keen eye to quality with regards to following and establishing good coding practices, improving code coverage.

• A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for creating products.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with developers and stakeholders.

• Good communication skills, should be able to articulate thoughts and ideas to engineering and non-engineering audiences.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Analytical and results oriented.
