Senior Manager Cybersecurity - Supply Chain, Logistics & Electronics Operations

Location: Albarraque, Portugal; Krakow, Poland

Impact You Will Own/What You Will Do

Lead and drive first line of defense cybersecurity activities across the assigned OPS domain.
Act as cybersecurity leader and trusted partner for Supply Chain, Logistics, Track & Trace and Electronics Operations.
Ensure cyber risks are identified, prioritized, treated and reported while enabling secure delivery.
Balance cyber protection and business enablement through risk reduction and secure-by-design practices.
Manage cyber risks in line with business priorities and enterprise standards.
Act as the primary security partner, driving ownership and resolution of cyber risk, compliance, vulnerability and audit findings.
Embed security and privacy by design across the system lifecycle.
Lead vulnerability management, threat remediation and risk treatment activities.
Balance security, operational, regulatory, and business requirements in decision-making.
Oversee vendor security governance, including risk assessments, remediation and compliance management.

Skills & Capabilities
5+ years experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, IT audit, or related disciplines within a global organization.
Experience partnering with business and IT leaders in complex operational or regulated environments.
Strong knowledge of cyber risk, vulnerability management, compliance, third-party risk and audit remediation.
Understanding of secure solution delivery, cloud, IAM, application security and common cyber threats.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Requirements
Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or product operations.
Knowledge of cyber resilience, incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps and modern product/platform operating models.
Exposure to emerging technologies such as IoT, automation, AI or machine learning.
Understanding of privacy, data protection and regulatory requirements.
Experience supporting transformation or modernization initiatives.

Poland: In this position, you will earn no less than 27300 PLN gross per month.
