We’re recruiting a Sr. Manager Analytics Program for the Finance Reporting Solutions team in Portugal (other location potentially possible). 

 

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY 

As a Sr. Manager Analytics Program - Finance, you will: 

Lead a team of Specialists such as Data Engineers, Data Architects, Project Manager or related roles 

Be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of data, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that support business decision-making and operational excellence.  

Manage the transition from Data Ocean to Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) for Finance Reporting Solutions and ensure the subsequent evolution of platform related processes 

Support implementation of data governance policies and standards and drive continuous improvements in data quality, consistency, and accessibility. 

Monitor projects and coordinate internal resources, external vendors, and business stakeholders 

Promote best practices in Data modeling, Data integration, Data quality management and Performance optimization 

Partner with stakeholders across Functions (e.g. D&A), Markets, Regions, and Central teams to ensure the match of business needs and to identify data-driven opportunities. 

Drive the team’s professional growth through coaching, training, and performance management. 

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. 

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

Degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management, Information Management, Statistics and Econometrics, Business Analytics, Data Analysis or similar. 

Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role. 

Required Experience 

  • 8–12 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Data Management. 

  • Proven experience leading analytics or technical teams. 

Experience managing medium to large-scale reporting and data transformation initiatives. 

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. 

Strong project management, solution delivery and problem solving skills. 

Collaborative and customer focus-oriented attitude. 

Curiosity and drive to stay ahead in the fast-evolving analytics and AI landscape. 

Proficiency in Data Engineering and SQL.  

Experience with BI tools like Power BI. 

Knowledge of Agile Framework - Scrum methodology is a plus. 

Experience in Finance is a plus. 

Advanced level of English spoken and written. 

EU citizenship or a valid work permit
