YOUR DAY TO DAY

The Senior IT Program Manager is accountable for leading complex, multi‑year programs that deliver end‑to‑end process transformation and systems implementation across the Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting (PBF&R) value chain.
The role ensures tight alignment between business outcomes, process redesign, data & analytics, and enabling technology, while driving disciplined execution, governance, and value realization.

This role operates at the intersection of Finance, IT, Data & Analytics, and Business stakeholders, and is critical to delivering an integrated, insight‑driven PBF&R operating model.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Own the end‑to‑end delivery of large, cross‑functional PBF&R transformation programs, from strategy and business case through design, implementation, and stabilization.
  • Structure and manage multi‑workstream programs covering process redesign, systems implementation, data, integration, and change.
  • Establish and run robust program governance, cadence, risk management, dependency tracking, and escalation mechanisms in line with enterprise PMO standards.

Business & Process Transformation

  • Partner with Finance leadership, Global Process Owners, and Business stakeholders to translate PBF&R ambition into clear transformation roadmaps and executable plans.
  • Ensure technology initiatives are driven by process and business outcomes, not tools alone (e.g., integrated forecasting, performance reporting, planning & target setting).
  • Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across PBF&R  processes, supporting future‑ready and AI‑enabled finance capabilities.

Systems & Technology Enablement

  • Lead the implementation of enterprise finance and planning platforms (e.g., forecasting, planning, reporting, analytics), including integration with core ERP and data platforms.
  • Coordinate internal IT teams, external vendors, and system integrators to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery.
  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for architecture, security, data governance, and scalability.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Act as a senior interface between IT, Finance, Data, and Business leaders, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and trade‑offs.
  • Provide clear, concise executive‑level communication on progress, risks, decisions required, and value delivered.
  • Support change leaders with transparent planning, sequencing, and impact visibility across markets and regions.

Value Realization & Change

  • Own benefits tracking and ensure delivery of measurable business value (efficiency, effectiveness, insight quality, cycle time reduction).
  • Partner with Change Management and People teams to support adoption, capability uplift, and sustainable ways of working.

Key Interfaces

  • Finance Leadership (Corporate, Regional, Market)
  • PBF&R Global Process Owners and Process Leads
  • IT Architecture, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity
  • PMO / Transformation Office
  • External System Integrators and Vendors

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Formal program management certification (e.g., MSP, PgMP, SAFe, PMP) is an advantage.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT program or transformation management, with a strong track record delivering large, complex enterprise programs.
  • Proven experience leading finance transformation and systems implementation initiatives, ideally within PBF&R, FP&A, or adjacent finance domains.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi‑vendor delivery models and complex stakeholder environments.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of PBF&R processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting) and how technology enables them.
  • Excellent program governance, financial management, and risk management capabilities.
  • Ability to operate comfortably at executive level, influencing without direct authority.
  • Structured, outcome‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

What Success Looks Like

  • PBF&R transformation programs delivered on time, within budget, and with high business adoption.
  • Clear linkage between technology delivery and measurable finance outcomes.
  • Trusted partnership with Finance and Business leaders as a strategic delivery lead.
