Join our Operations Analytics team

As a Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence, you will help shape strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights. You will work across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance functions, leveraging analytics, optimization models, and data visualization to improve business performance and support PMI’s smoke-free transformation.

Impact You'll Own

• Drive data-driven decisions across Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain through impactful analytics solutions.
• Improve business planning by developing optimization and scenario modeling capabilities.
• Increase visibility and decision quality through advanced dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strengthen data accuracy and governance across critical business datasets.
• Influence strategic initiatives by translating analytical insights into business value.

What You'll Do

• Develop analytics solutions to support strategic and operational business objectives.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Create optimization models and business scenarios to support planning and decision-making.
• Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources and identify actionable insights.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and governance standards are maintained.
• Manage project timelines and communicate progress with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills & Capabilities Must-have

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data modeling concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Project management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with optimization and simulation tools.
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms.
• Certifications in Analytics, Data Engineering, or related fields.
