Main Purpose of the Job

Design, govern, and evolve end-to-end technology solutions supporting Financial Consolidation, Corporate Reporting, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platforms, translating Domain Architecture strategy into scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native solution designs.

Act as the technology leader for consolidation and reporting platforms, ensuring alignment across business processes, applications, data, integrations, cloud infrastructure, security, and engineering practices. The role combines deep understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes with expertise in solution architecture, application modernization, cloud technologies, integration, automation, and emerging digital capabilities to deliver future-ready finance solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities 

    • Translate Enterprise and Domain Architecture strategies into solution architectures aligned with technology standards and Finance Transformation objectives.
    • Lead the architecture, evolution, and modernization of Consolidation, Corporate Reporting, and EPM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, resilience, maintainability, and operational excellence.
    • Define and own solution blueprints, architecture standards, technical guardrails, and technology roadmaps across finance platforms.
    • Design and govern service-oriented, API-first, and modern application architectures, enabling scalable, resilient, and maintainable finance applications.
    • Define integration architectures and patterns supporting seamless connectivity between EPM platforms, ERP systems, enterprise data platforms, reporting solutions, cloud services, and external applications.
    • Design and oversee enterprise integration capabilities leveraging modern middleware and integration platforms, APIs, messaging services, orchestration frameworks, and reusable integration patterns.
    • Lead application modernization initiatives leveraging cloud-native services, reusable integration frameworks, automation capabilities, platform engineering principles, and modern software architecture practices.
    • Define solution architectures leveraging public and private cloud environments, ensuring alignment with security, resiliency, scalability, performance, and operational requirements.
    • Design and govern data and database architectures supporting finance applications, including performance optimization, resiliency, security, cloud adoption, and lifecycle management.
    • Drive the design and optimization of business processes and workflow architectures, ensuring efficient and scalable execution of consolidation, reporting, planning, and financial close activities.
    • Define and promote Business Process Management (BPM) practices, workflow orchestration frameworks, and process standardization across finance solutions.
    • Evaluate and implement Autonomous Process Design principles leveraging AI, workflow automation, business rules, intelligent decision services, and process orchestration to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation, intelligent workflow routing, AI-assisted decision-making, and continuous process improvement.
    • Ensure architectural consistency across applications, data, integration, cloud infrastructure, security, observability, operational support models, and business process automation capabilities.
    • Support the adoption of modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Platform Engineering, automation, monitoring, and observability.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finance Consolidation, Corporate Reporting, Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
    • Identify and mitigate architectural risks, technical debt, non-functional requirements, platform dependencies, and technology lifecycle risks.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies, cloud services, AI capabilities, automation platforms, and modernization opportunities that improve finance processes, platform efficiency, and user experience.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
    • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including Private Cloud deployments.
    • Oracle Autonomous Database.
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
    • Oracle APEX.
    • .NET application architecture and development.
    • Event-Driven Architecture and messaging patterns.
    • Microservices architecture.
    • SAP Integration Suite.
    • DevOps, CI/CD, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
    • AI-enabled automation and autonomous process design.
