About Our Team
The Service Delivery team in Portugal ensures end‑to‑end market logistics and service execution, covering distribution, reverse logistics (swaps, returns, recycling), stock management, audit support, business continuity, and sustainability compliance, in close collaboration with LSPs and cross‑functional teams.
Key activities include operational execution and monitoring, management of service activities, support to new product launches and market changes, contract and cost‑to‑serve optimization, performance tracking through KPIs, and continuous process improvement driven by automation.Strategically, the team focuses on expanding scope while reducing manual effort, standardizing processes, strengthening operational excellence, and enabling future growth through people development, process optimization, and digitalization.
Your ‘day to day’
- Execute the Distribution Requirements Planning process drumbeat for the market to meet service and inventory targets for all market product-locations for the Electronics, Accessories and Consumables category.
- Manage stocks availability between the two first arrival warehouses in the market.
- Act as a pivot and trusted business partner, ensuring close collaboration and up to date communication among all stakeholders - commercial teams, IBP streams, Logistic Service Providers (LSP) and central teams.
- Drive improvements for Key Performance indicators: Service Level, On Shelve Availability, Days of Inventory, Inventory Cost, Cost to Serve, LOGD, perform root-cause analysis in case of deviations vs target, define and execute action plans for improvements.
- Design and improve distribution, inventory management, replenishment, returns and reverse logistics processes.
- Ensure inventory in PMI owned channels is managed per IC/SoX guidelines.
- Understand and track traceability requirements along the supply chain flow.
- Proactively identify and mitigate Supply Chain risks.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration.
EXPERIENCE and Solid knowledge of:
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Excellent in verbal & written English.
- Relevant experience in supply chain (distribution planning, sales/business planning, logistics, demand planning, S&OP/IBP, PIPO principles, product portfolio management, production planning, material resource planning, order management, replenishment principles based on reorder point, run rate, etc)
- Experience in project management, preferably in Operations and in a multinational company and/or in a complex business environment.
- Experience in managing suppliers and contracts, namely LPS’s.
- Systems & Tools:
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office Package,
- Knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain planning solutions and optimizers
- Solid knowledge of SAP
- Technology and data driven mindset with an understanding of interlinks between different systems and data flows.

- Able to pivot with dozens of different teams in commercial area, central SC and Operations functions and external partners in the LSP and BSP teams
