Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Solution Architect IT DW&C to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, documenting, and regularly reviewing architecture, security frameworks, lifecycle processes, and governance principles for our technology components. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal quality and forward momentum of our product teams, touching also the rapidly expanding GenAI initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Define, document, and review architecture, security frameworks, lifecycle processes, and governance principles for owned technology components.

· Identify, assess, and add major component changes to the demand funnel, validating business demand fitness with technology strategy.

· Validate activation/deployment of approved major component changes through PoCs and support pilots to transfer to Service Integrator and Engineers.

· Manage hardware and software standards, including opportunities for productivity and cost efficiencies.

· Propose technology decision matrices between Solution Architect and Engineers.

· Define high-level feature configurations, including access management.

· Define and review lifecycle processes (OS, devices, sites, etc.).

· Support the run team on an exceptional basis for critical issues.

· Ensure the product is working with optimal quality and drive the product teams forward.

· Maintain conceptual integrity, guide product teams on new technology, and provide technical frameworks.

· Validate testing and monitoring strategies defined by engineers.

· Manage serious technical impediments and remove architectural concerns.

· Act as a technical mentor for product teams.

· Advise Product Managers and Owners on the roadmap and product vision.

· Build and maintain orchestration between different components, vendors, and stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5-10 years progressive experience solution architecture, particularly in the areas of Teamwork and Information Management, Information Communication & Community Management.

· 1-2 years’ experience withM365 GenAI.

· In depth understanding of MS Teams, SharePoint, M365 API, Miro, OneDrive, Whiteboard, MS Lists, MS Planner, MS Forms, Copilot, and MS Search.

· Experience in managing hardware and software standards, lifecycle processes, and governance principles.

· Ability to manage technical debt and ensure compliance with ITPF standards.

· Proven track record of using Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) and utilizing advanced project management tools.

· Comfort around higher management and excellent communication skills, enabling effective conveyance of complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with GenAI conversational chatbots and intelligent information & communication platforms.

· Knowledge of advanced AI-powered content analysis and automation for content classification.

· Experience with M365 Tenant Mergers & Acquisitions.

· Experience with Lean IX.

· Exposure to TOGAF principles, TOGAF certification is a plus.

· Familiarity with PMI use cases and the ability to align with IT enterprise architecture.
