ABOUT OUR TEAM

We are a part of dynamic Finance Strategy & Program Delivery (S&PD) Group, dedicated to the digitalization of our global Finance Function and Processes. Within this group, our team focuses on Projects related to Enterprise Performance Management processes, including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting. We play a crucial role in Finance Transformation initiatives.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Senior Analyst Finance Systems Projects Governance, you will:

· Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Finance Global PBF&R system solutions and processes, with a comprehensive understanding of the global system architecture and interconnections.

· Conduct acceptance testing and provide support to the global user community to facilitate the adoption of existing and new functionalities.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend both current and future business requirements and their implications for the finance system landscape.

· Act as a liaison between Finance, Business, and IT Teams to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs.

· Oversee and continuously enhance our Finance application and data landscape by designing, implementing, and consistently improving processes used within the Team and among relevant stakeholders.

· Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in solution-building or process redesign projects, ensuring they achieve the desired business outcomes.

· Develop and maintain documentation for systems and services, including training programs, materials, and operating manuals, within the assigned scope.

· Ensure the accuracy and integrity of master and transactional data within PBF&R finance applications and confirm that the overall system is user-ready and updated according to PMI instructions and deadlines.

· Follow relevant policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the quality and compliance of solutions and services.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

· College/University: Business Management, Information Management; Business Analytics; Statistics and Econometrics; Finance; Data Science; Computer Science or similar

· Work experience of a minimum of 5 years ideally in multinational environment in the areas of finance, data analytics or systems and information management.

· Strong analytical and conceptual thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.

· Proactive and curious attitude: Eagerness to learn and explore new ideas.

· Attention to detail: Precision in managing data and processes.

· Ability to manage multiple projects: Skilled in handling various tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

· Team player: Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

· Good communication skills: Ability to articulate and translate technical and operational subjects into actionable insights.

· System-oriented mindset: Experience with financial applications and programming languages (e.g., SQL).

· Advanced English proficiency: Strong command of spoken and written English.

· Advanced MS Office skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
