Position Title:  Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· 3+ years of experience in analytics tools & technologies or processes

· Statistical background related to Market Research

· Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, be able to convert stakeholders needs to real business problems

· Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment; ability to influence

· Data science experience is a plus

· Knowledge of Power BI or other visualization tools

· Knowledge of SQL is required

· Knowledge of R, Python and/or AI/ML tools are a plus

· Manage multiple projects with tight timelines, from planning through to on-time delivery, demonstrating strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills

· English (business communication proficiency)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

· Creating sampling techniques and monitoring performance processes, sampling fulfilment

· Data cleaning, processing, harmonization, and weighting where required, format and quality checks if needed

· Applying various calculations and formulas to analyze and interpret the data

· Ensuring the data and calculations are accurate

· Interpreting the data and making sure that the right decisions are made based on the results

· Monitoring data collected throughout its shelf life

· Ensuring the data collected is robust, accurate and trustworthy

· Presenting results to others, such as senior manager
