The Asset Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing asset assurance, compliance, risk assessment, and data quality across technology applications. The role ensures technology asset inventories remain accurate, risks are identified and remediated, and leadership receives reliable reporting to support decision-making.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role partnering with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Service Management, Information Security, and Risk teams to strengthen governance, operational assurance, and technology asset management across the technology lifecycle.
The Team
The role sits within Tech 1LoD PMI SFP, CC and GC and supports global business solutions and services across omnichannel, commerce, digital marketing, social media, trade, B2C and B2B technology landscapes.
The team provides security leadership, risk oversight, control assurance, resilience guidance, and operational security coordination for globally consumed services.
Key Responsibilities
Own and improve the Asset Assurance framework and operating model.
Act as the subject matter expert for asset assurance and criticality assessments.
Maintain accurate and aligned technology inventories across LeanIX, CMDB, and related repositories.
Drive asset data quality improvements and governance controls.
Perform compliance, criticality, and assurance assessments.
Identify and track asset-related risks and remediation actions.
Support internal and external audits.
Develop KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and management reporting.
Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Risk stakeholders.
Promote the use of AI, automation, and analytics to improve assurance efficiency.
Experience, Skills and Capabilities
Experience in IT Asset Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance, Asset Assurance, or Cybersecurity.
Experience working in global and matrixed organizations.
Knowledge of audits, compliance assessments, and risk management practices.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience creating dashboards and executive reporting.
Hands-on experience with LeanIX, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, AI, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience delivering cybersecurity, governance, risk, or compliance initiatives.
Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or ITIL.
Knowledge of AI, automation, security analytics, or responsible AI practices.
Experience in regulated global environments.
