You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing programs and projects within an organization. This job provides clarity and transparency on program or project plans, risks, progress and cost to the organization, and ensure adherence to relevant stage-gate processes and deliverables.

 

WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management, Information Management, Statistics and Econometrics, Business Analytics, Data Analysis or similar
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience at the similar position (PMP Certification is a plus)
  • Deep knowledge of stakeholder governance, advanced project controls, and delivery leadership
  • Capability of translating complex environments into purposeful direction for a project team, while sustaining team cohesion and clarity amid shifting strategic conditions
  • Navigates high-stakes conflicts and overlapping priorities
  • Operates across shifting landscapes with clarity, ensuring direct reports are protected from noise, empowered with guidance, and positioned for growth and ownership

 

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

  • Drive end-to-end project management and project execution, ensuring effective delivery in line with business processes, standards set, identifying, managing and monitoring risks and dependencies, resources and costs, tracking project progress and performing closing tasks
  • Support Portfolio management in identifying resource requirements and provisioning them
  • Generate project level insights and learning to inform decisions at key project governance forums, brokering solutions across cross functional project groups
  • Provide general business as well as functional knowledge to plan, organize, and control resources, business processes procedures, identify risks, cost and timing for project(s) including:
  • Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
  • Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including risks, cost, timing, and staffing
  •  Ensuring adherence to internal processes and external quality standards (e.g., International Standards Organization)
  • Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
  • Integrating vendor tasks into the project plan and tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
