Logistics Process Lead – Automated Palletizer Warehouse (Rio de Mouro)

In this role, you’ll drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster the development of autonomous teams, and empower people to grow—playing a key part in Tabaqueira’s transformation and growth journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and implement continuous improvement tools and strategies to optimize warehouse processes and increase operational capacity.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including operations, engineering, and external partners—to ensure seamless execution and innovation.
- Deploy and sustain Open Plus and the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) journey, fostering a culture of ownership and operational excellence.
- Monitor and drive performance metrics, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Act as a central point of contact for process-related challenges, offering solutions that drive results.
- Promote a culture of proactivity, autonomy, and accountability, while supporting the development of empowered, self-directed teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive and autonomous leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for driving change.
- Experience in Open+, Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies, in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence diverse stakeholders across functions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and deliver results.
- Familiarity with logistics, warehouse operations, or industrial automation is a strong plus.
