In this role you will be a part of a global Data & Analytics team of more than 100 people and you will work with internal stakeholders in various domains, like Commercial & Consumer Insights, Omnichannel, Finance, Operations and more. We are growing and there plenty of exciting projects and opportunities to bring value to PMI’s transformation.

 

This role is planned as a step into future managerial positions. You will supervise a team of analysts. Throughout the work you will grow the experience related to people management as well as analytical capabilities. This mix will prepare you for the future and bigger roles.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Minimum 4-5 years of total experience with Business Intelligence, Web Analytics, Business and Commercial Development, market research or other relevant areas
  • Experience in leading/managing transitions, 3rd-party relationships, change management and creating associated documents and plans is required
  • Solid experience with project planning (communicating & ensuring timely & quality delivery) and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience of leading a small team or demonstrated experience of delivering through others is a plus
  • Ability to complete a few large projects concurrently and deliver to agreed timescales in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop a solid understanding of business drivers that determine success
  • Gather stakeholder feedback continuously to provide credible solutions and high-quality work
  • Shift gears comfortably, make decisions and act without having to have every detail clear; not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Working experience in agile environments with a strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks is a clear advantage
  • Develop and maintain deployment-related documentation including deployment plan, standard operating procedures etc.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

• Planning and delivering projects through transition phase where coordination and communication with different stakeholders is key

• Recruit, train and supervise analyst-level employees

• Project Management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and other global teams to resolve the most challenging issues

• Lead a small team / competency unit of analyst - having accountability & responsibility of the quality and timeliness of the work assigned to your team members. You will also be expected to conduct onboarding, training, and coaching junior team members to help them develop. Inspire change and action in complicated situations. Be a thought leader in analytics areas

• Plan the teams’ workload & task prioritization and participate in sprints, daily calls, PI Planning etc. (with JIRA)

• Collaborate with peers to ensure standardization across teams
