E&L Brand Engagement Design Specialist

The Opportunity

In this role, you will design and deliver brand experiences that strengthen IQOS as a relevant brand, generate positive word-of-mouth among key communities, and nurture brand love across the Events & LAMPs channel. Your focus will be on creating impactful activations and materials that support the overall needs of the channel, including projects linked to the Events & LAMPs calendar, marketing initiatives, and specific projects connected to the channel. From concept development to execution, you will ensure that every activation reflects the brand identity and delivers a premium experience, while maintaining consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.

You will also contribute to initiatives that foster engagement with owners and channel partners, creating experiences that strengthen relationships and drive advocacy. Acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will guarantee flawless execution of activations and projects, ensuring alignment with the marketing calendar and the company’s short- and mid-term objectives.

 

Your Day to Day

  • BRAND ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES DESIGN

Develop and implement brand engagement activities that amplify brand influence, foster positive word-of-mouth, and cultivate advocacy among Legal Age Users and channel partners.

Ensure quality of execution by delivering the right materials at the right time and place, prioritizing activities and optimizing resources to maintain the highest standards of brand communication.

  • CHANNEL PARTNER & OWNER ENGAGEMENT

Support initiatives that strengthen relationships with owners and channel partners through premium experiences, differentiated offers, and activations that foster loyalty and advocacy.

Collaborate with Field team to identify opportunities for engagement and integrate these into the overall channel strategy.

 

  • ACTIVATION MATERIALS & TOOLBOX CREATION

Design, produce, and deploy all activation materials and toolkits to support events, LAMPs, and other channel needs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing priorities.

 

  • LOGISTICS & IMPLEMENTATION

Manage scheduling, installation, and allocation of structures and activation materials, as well as their maintenance. Build and oversee logistics plans, ensuring all milestones are met and communicated, working closely with field and content teams.

Coordinate technical visits, agency briefings, project design, and production to guarantee flawless implementation of brand engagement initiatives.

  • BRAND CONSISTENCY

Collaborate with local teams (Brand Marketing, Field) to define and deploy ideal setups for activations, ensuring consistency across different segments and touchpoints.

  • CONSUMER & MARKET TRENDS

Continuously monitor and analyze consumer and market trends to identify new opportunities for engagement. Explore and activate initiatives targeting specific communities, ensuring concepts and experiences address evolving consumer needs. Accountable for developing, approving, and executing activation concepts and toolkits that reflect the latest insights and deliver differentiated value.

  • STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION

Work closely with Field teams and external partners to guarantee alignment, relevance, and excellence in execution.

  • BUDGET CONTROL

Execute and control budgets for activations and engagement initiatives, tracking and compiling operational KPIs. Ensure accurate budget management with no overspend or underspend at year-end, while monitoring SLA KPIs for efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Marketing, Management, Economy, Design, or Communication.
  • Previous experience (min 2 years) in marketing and agencies management, projects management and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and advanced in Portuguese.
  • Good knowledge in Office tools (namely Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with resilience and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and aligning teams.
  • Creative and tech-savvy, with a focus on innovation, digitalization, and flawless execution.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation.
