The Challenge

Establish solid and forward-looking partnerships with assigned centralized customers, developing business solutions for a continued improvement of our multicategory business, delivering market share, volume, availability and direct and indirect visibility, through the negotiation and implementation of specific agreements and business to business support. 

 

Your Day to Day

Active participation on the long-term vision for the KA channel, being able to translate and plot annual path for each customer towards defined ambition.

Develop deep knowledge of our customers business and vision, in order to creatively co-create solutions that drive value and efficiency to mutual benefit, aligned with PMI’s vision towards a Smoke Free World.

Build sustained partnerships to achieve transverse multiyear (3+) commercial planning timeline, via articulated negotiations in line with key strategic objectives set by the company.

Find innovative ways to implement plans in a sophisticated multicategory business, ensuring supervised delivery of concurrent KPI’s working collaboratively with internal and external Frontliners.

Drive business plan deployment and execution with ongoing optimization across business variables, using a return on investment-based approach to all key initiatives.

Evaluate the market, identifying emerging opportunities and drive new business development into new customers and channels.

 

You Should Have

Degree in Business/economics/marketing; MBA/Master degree as an advantage

Proven 3+ years of experience in KA management, preferably in FMCG

Sophisticated understanding of Microsoft Office

Financial savvy

Creative problem solver towards innovation

Strong business results track record

Outspoken and comfortable to lead change, working collaboratively with others

Language Skills: Portuguese (native) and English

Permit to work in Portugal
