About the Role
The Analyst InfoSec Service Excellence will be responsible for driving and evolving the enterprise-wide global cybersecurity service catalogue and the demand management process focusing on long-term, sustainable business value creation. It is about making a lasting positive impact by supporting and enabling our business, as well as information security strategy.
To fulfill this mandate, the Analyst InfoSec Service Excellence will assist the InfoSec Service Excellence team to enable all information security teams to leverage synergies, improve cross-functional collaboration and increase team and stakeholder satisfaction.
About the Team
Information Security Service Excellence is part of the global Information Security organization and is an established practice with many years of operations. Its mandate is to enable the business to own and manage global and regional cyber risks and ultimately enforce strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Head of InfoSec Service Excellence in ensuring that the InfoSec team aligns its services and delivery with the overall business goals, leading to a positive and sustainable impact on business value

Handles the aggregation, prioritization, and management of demand from various IT platforms, regions, and InfoSec teams. It ensures that resources are allocated efficiently based on demand.

Supports implementation of standardized templates and processes, so that the InfoSec team can ensure consistency and quality in its services, leading to increased trust and reliability.

Support implementation of automation and Tech Integration, reducing time spent on repeated activities that can be easily automated ensuring consistency and effectiveness leveraging AI capabilities.

Collaborate with all InfoSec teams to define, communicate and implement a comprehensive list of InfoSec services offered, ensuring clarity and transparency for stakeholders.

Identify and implement actions for continuously service improving and assist InfoSec teams in meeting its service objectives and customer expectation

Contribute to developing standardized ways of working for InfoSec Service Excellence team

Supports creation of easily accessible up-to-date documentation that gives details of each step of standardized process helping to perform duties

Support implementation and measuring of customer satisfaction mechanisms per service & service component, understanding customers perspective and determining if processes and services conform to customer requirements and what actions should be taken to adjust.
Profile

1-3 years information security and/or related technology experience and a proven track record in information security, including experience guiding and assisting organizations in implementing appropriate IT Security practices

Hands-on experience with security service delivery, organization-wide risk assessment, third party risk management tools and technologies

Prior experience in designing, and implementing service excellence programs and processes is desired

In depth knowledge and understanding of information security concepts, industry best practices and relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Must have at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in a technology-related field, or equivalent education-related experience

Ability to communicate technical subjects to both IT and business–centric audiences to build champions and deliver results

Team player with ability to build pro-active, co-operative working relationships with customers, peers and key stakeholders based on respect and teamwork

Excellent command of English, any additional languages are a plus
