YOUR DAY TO DAY

The IT Manager AI Tech Roadmap drives the strategic alignment between PMI’s AI technology landscape and enterprise priorities. The role supports PMI Tech by translating business needs and initiatives into scalable AI technology direction, consolidating enterprise AI technology roadmaps, and supporting the definition of coherent domain architectures that enable sustainable, secure, and value-driven AI outcomes.

This manager ensures a clear, integrated, and actionable AI technology roadmap across PMI by bridging business demand, technology strategy & architecture, and technology skills for PMI Tech. The role serves as a connective layer between business functions, domain architects, and technology delivery teams - ensuring technical coherence, prioritization, and long-term platform evolution across the AI ecosystem.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• AI Technology Roadmap Consolidation

Support PMI Tech in translating business needs into AI technology capabilities, platform, and tech skills requirements.

Consolidate technology demand into a coherent, enterprise-level AI technology roadmap, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and scalability.

Partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to ensure roadmaps are technically sound, future-proof, and aligned with PMI’s enterprise architecture and AI strategy.

• Technology Roadmap Alignment & Integration

Consolidate and align AI, data, and digital technology roadmaps across domains to ensure consistency, interoperability, and architectural integrity.

Work closely with AI Factory, platform teams, and enterprise architects to manage dependencies, sequencing, and investment planning.

Ensure transparency and traceability between business requirements, technology capabilities, and delivery roadmaps.

• Domain Architecture Support

Support the definition and evolution of AI-related domain architectures in collaboration with enterprise and domain architects.

Ensure technology capabilities, data domains, and AI platforms are consistently reflected in target-state architectures.

Act as a bridge between technology strategy and architectural design, translating roadmap decisions into architectural implications and standards.

• Stakeholder Coordination & Governance

Act as a key coordination point between business functions, IT Platforms, architects, and technology delivery teams.

Support governance forums by preparing consolidated technology views on roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and architectural trade-offs.

Enable informed decision-making through clear, structured, and insight-driven technology materials.

• Portfolio Insight & Continuous Improvement

Monitor technology roadmap execution, identify misalignments or overlaps, and proactively propose corrective actions.

Capture lessons learned and continuously improve technology strategy, roadmap frameworks, and planning artefacts.

Support standardization of AI technology planning and roadmap practices across the AI Technology Transformation landscape.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• University degree or equivalent professional / life experience in Computer Sciences / Information Technology
• Technology Strategy & Roadmapping: Experience defining and aligning digital technology strategies and demands in complex enterprise environments.
• Enterprise & Domain Architecture Exposure: Experience working with enterprise and domain architects on target-state architectures and platform evolution.
• Stakeholder Management & Influencing: Strong ability to work with senior business and technology leaders to align priorities and manage trade-offs.
• Executive Communication: Skilled in creating high-quality, structured materials for leadership discussions and technology governance forums.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across technology domains
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
• Curious and passionate about AI, data platforms, and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
