Where You Can Join

Depending on your background and interests, you could be placed in areas such as:

Smoke-Free Innovation

Work with teams who develop and improve our smoke-free products. You may support research, market analysis, product development, or customer insights that help shape our consumer strategies.

Commercial

Learn how our products reach the market. Gain experience in sales, trade marketing, consumer engagement, and territory management while building strong relationships with retailers and partners. This area offers the opportunity to join teams that work strategically and analytically, analyzing market trends and developing innovative solutions that drive business growth. Among the profiles included are Key Account Intern, who collaborates with strategic clients in developing initiatives that strengthen commercial performance; Brand Intern, who supports the creation of campaigns that enhance the brand’s presence; and Digital & Remote Trade Intern, who contributes to digital commerce strategies that bring the brand closer to consumers in an innovative and impactful way. For this area, we are looking for candidates with a background in Management, Information Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or Communication.

Corporate Functions

Build foundational skills in teams such as Finance, Marketing, People & Culture, Corporate Affairs, or Business Strategy. Support projects that contribute to PMI’s transformation journey. Includes roles as a Financial Planning Intern, responsible for collaborating in the development of financial plans that ensure the sustainability of the organization; a People Engagement Intern, focused on developing initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration and innovation; and a Strategy & Program Delivery Intern, who joins teams involved in the execution of strategic programs. Candidates with a background in Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, or Communication are seek.

Operations Functions

In Operations, there are various areas such as Production, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, among others. All interns will rotate between different areas of operations, with one of the rotations being in Production, which is the heart of Operations. For this program, we are looking for candidates with training in various areas of Engineering or Management (such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Management, among others).

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome recent graduates who are curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. To join the internship program, you should have:

• Studies in areas like Business, Marketing, Digital, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Political Science, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• A willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to share ideas
• Interest in innovation, problem solving, and learning new skills‑solving, and learning new skills
• Maximum of 1 year of experience
• Full availability for a 12-month internship program
