As a Business Analytics Manager in the D&A Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting data-driven decision-making and insights on Digital Channels & Activation, Marketing Optimization and Campaign Performance. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing data analytics efforts in one or more business processes. You will work closely with the business stakeholders and product owners to improve and exploit D&A solutions, provide data analysis and insights, and maximize business value generation.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

-    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define key business questions and deliver insights.
-    Providing analysis of the output of data products and solutions based on business needs, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities.
-    Translating analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations.
-    Ensure data collection processes maintain data quality and accuracy across various domains.
-    Maintaining a deep understanding of data products and solutions and educating users of relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
-    Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in business analytics across different domains.
-    Communicating insights effectively through reports, dashboards, and presentations, to deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
-    Working closely with Data Product teams to ensure solutions align with strategic goals.

 

 

 Required Qualifications:

-    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
-    A minimum of 5 years of experience in data product management, consumer insights or a related field with a focus on data analytics, product development and data management.
-    Proficiency in Data Analytics Tools and Methodologies:
o    Agile practices for adaptability and collaboration.
o    Data product development lifecycle expertise.
o    Data quality, governance, and security tool competence.
-    Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
-    Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills to higher management.
-    Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, preferably within a product-based operating model.
-    Working knowledge of Agile way of working’
-    Analytical mindset and the ability to guide data-driven decisions with insight and foresight.
