Design, architect, improve and evolve best-in-class AI security capabilities to protect company assets, prevent threats, and ensure security across cloud-based and hybrid environments, with a focus on NHI (Non-Human Identity) and Agentic Identity management.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Architect with deep expertise in identity security, especially in the context of NHI and Agentic Identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, deploying, and optimizing security architectures for AI agents, service accounts, bots, and other non-human entities, as well as advanced identity governance for agentic systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position Overview: The Security Architect will play a key role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our organization's systems and data. The candidate will focus on the architecture, deployment, and optimization of the secure management of non-human identities and agentic entities. This role requires a deep understanding of AI security best practices, identity lifecycle management, and the ability to design and implement robust architectures for agentic systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, implement, and maintain security architectures and solutions for NHI and Agentic Identity across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures for AI agents, service accounts, and automated identities.
• Conduct regular assessments of NHI and Agentic Identity controls and recommend improvements.
• Architect, implement, and manage identity governance solutions to prevent, detect, and respond to threats involving non-human entities.
• Collaborate with Information Security, compliance, and business teams to ensure solutions meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training on NHI and Agentic Identity security technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Security Architect, with a focus on AI security and identity and access management.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in cyber security roles in large corporate organizations.
• Deep technical expertise in identity governance platforms, cloud security tools, and AI agent management.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to AI security and digital identity (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR, PCI DSS).
• Good understanding with security controls for AI platforms, including data encryption, model watermarking, explainability, and auditability.
• Experience with SAP stack is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified AI Security Professional, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft SC-300) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of personal integrity and work ethics to handle confidential matters professionally and responsibly.
