Your ‘day to day’
In this role with Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd, you will be responsible to define overall vision, strategies and measurable Key Performance Index for engagement with our business partners through digital platforms, that include Sales Force tools as a commercial systems owner. Drive strategy and deployment plans with our business partners based on a deep understanding of the landscape and commercial objectives, including co-creation and co-evaluation of trade programs. Deliver continuous improvement and enhancements on digital platform capabilities that enable the successful achievement of commercial performance and individual brand objectives. Lead and/or participate in business-critical special projects across the affiliate / cluster / region.
- Champion digital-first mindset, while driving transformation to leverage digital solutions to achieve greater commercial effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Establish segment-specific digital plans to facilitate engagement through Business‑to‑Business channels, with strengthened cross‑functional coordination across Sales, Key Accounts, Trade, and Portfolio to support integrated execution.
- Manage ecosystem of all commercial digital systems, centralizing Customer Relationship Management data and insights to support commercial teams. Through the process, develop and iterate effective omni-channel touchpoints, providing support to commercial teams on how to interact with retailers effectively.
- Partner deployment teams to better understand user pain points; crafting plans to improve overall user journeys through effective UI/UX enhancements.
- Analyze tools performance, digital metrics, and platform capabilities to ensure that they support business operations efficiently and effectively. Explore and identify right digital solutions and trends to support ongoing business transformation and uplift commercial organization, including overall organizational strategy and deployment of AI tools in trade.
- Co-develop and assess channel strategy and long-term partner engagement frameworks, while providing leadership to the Digital and Trade team
- Lead and/or participate in business-critical special projects across the affiliate / cluster / region as required.
- Ensure compliance with PMI principles and practices, as well as local legislation in all business-related activities.
Who we’re looking for
- 7 to 10 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business-to-Business Sales. Middle management experience is preferred.
- Strategic thinking, proven business judgement, commercial acumen, analytical skills and strong stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to challenge status quo
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- High learning agility and curiosity to value-add to overall commercial business activities
- Experience with people management and/or agency management skills
- Experience with Customer Relationship management (CRM) and Sales Analytics tools, with working knowledge on salesforce solutions and understanding of technology trends
- Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry to understand Business-to-Business sales & marketing strategies
- Prepare to further digital developments in preparation of multi-category future
- Preferable to have literacy in Mandarin Chinese to review Chinese copy lines
