Your ‘day to day’
In this role with Philip Morris Singapore Pte Ltd, you will report to the Fulfilment Lead and will support the full route-to-market (RTM) service delivery, as well as secondary distribution operations and warehouse quality and compliance.
Your accountabilities as an intern includes:
- Supporting the system integration between Local Service Provider (LSP) and Philip Morris
- Planning the migration of the inventory and machinery
- Supporting process design workshop and co-create processes in fulfillment center
- Mapping out the processes and develop SOPs of fulfillment center with LSP
- Supporting process design workshop and co-create processes of last mile delivery operations
- Mapping out processes and develop future SOPs of last mile delivery operations with LSP
- Supporting day to day order fulfilment and route to market delivery operation
Who we’re looking for
- Able to work independently
- Have good analytical skills and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- (Study in Supply Chain Management or have internship experience in supply chain operations will be a plus)

Key things to know before you apply:
- 3-6 months internship depending on organisational needs
- Philip Morris Singapore works on a 4.5 day working week (i.e. Mon-Thu Full Day; Fri AM)
