Areas of Interest

• Key Account Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies

• Business Development

• Identify new market opportunities and potential partnerships to drive business growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to plan expansion strategies

• Sales Support

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for execution excellence
• Provide operational and administrative assistance for smooth execution

• Client Service Management

• Ensure customer experience through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service excellence  

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• A motivated, driven, and achievement-oriented individual with a growth mindset and strong learning agility
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Customer focused, considering problems from a customer's perspective while being pragmatic and solution oriented.
