Swedish Match is an affiliate of PMI and has been a leader in the industry for more than 200 years.  As a Site Integrated Planner, you will ensure efficient production planning across manufacturing operations by balancing service, cost, inventory, and operational requirements. 

Impact You'll Own 

• Deliver production plans that balance service, cost, and inventory targets. 
• Ensure smooth schedule execution and resolve planning disruptions. 
• Optimize resources within operational constraints. 
• Improve planning performance and reliability. 
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships. 

What You'll Do 

• Develop and maintain integrated production schedules. 
• Monitor schedule execution and take corrective actions. 
• Balance inventory, capacity, and material availability. 
• Manage planning exceptions, including downtime and shortages. 
• Collaborate with planning, manufacturing, warehouse, and transportation teams. 
• Support supply chain improvement initiatives. 
• Improve planning processes and ways of working. 

Skills & Capabilities 

Must-Haves 

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. 
• 2+ years' experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics. 
• Experience with structured planning processes. 
• Knowledge of production and supply chain planning. 
• Advanced Excel skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. 
• Fluent in English. 

Nice-to-Haves 

• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments. 
• Knowledge of planning and forecasting systems. 
• Experience with E2OPEN. 
• Danish language skills. 

Additional Information 

• 12-month fixed-term position. 
• Relocation support is not available.
