We are currently looking for Associate Quality Engineers to join our factory operations in Silkeborg. In this role, you'll help ensure high standards across products, materials, and manufacturing processes while working closely with colleagues across the business to solve quality challenges, support compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. 

Impact You'll Own 

  • Help maintain and improve quality standards across manufacturing operations. 
  • Support the effective management of deviations, non-conformities, and corrective and preventive actions. 
  • Contribute to a strong Quality Management System that meets internal and regulatory requirements. 
  • Drive improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization. 
  • Build quality awareness and capability through collaboration and knowledge sharing. 

What You'll Do 

  • Provide quality support and guidance to manufacturing and cross-functional teams. 
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). 
  • Support change management activities, risk assessments, and validation initiatives. 
  • Maintain quality documentation, procedures, performance metrics, and reports. 
  • Participate in internal and external audits and support follow-up actions. 
  • Monitor material and product quality and help resolve quality concerns. 
  • Support training activities and promote quality standards, compliance, and continuous improvement. 

Skills & Capabilities 

Must-Haves 

  • Degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • 2-3 years of experience working with quality assurance, quality control, or quality systems within a manufacturing environment. 
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Understanding Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to work. 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders. 
  • Good digital skills, including Microsoft Office applications. 

Nice-to-Haves 

  • Proficiency in Danish. 
  • Experience from a regulated industry such as food, pharmaceutical, medical devices, tobacco, or similar. 
  • Knowledge of ISO standards, auditing, validation, statistical methods, or project management. 
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
