Your day-to-day:
- Direct sales & engagement with end consumer/business purchaser through primarily field (i.e., face-to-face) interactions with customers. Work focuses on:
- New sales to new customers as well as cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions
- Perform Guided trials, demos, capturing leads, registrations
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and consumer engagement micro acts (e.g.: registration, loyalty & services)
- Collect data & leads in clientelling tools for future marketing activations and facilitates device servicing, if needed
- Manage consumer engagement operations/teams, in a specific territory
Who we're looking for:
- University degree
- Practical knowledge of advanced sales techniques, customer engagement strategies, and operational systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office;
- Fluent in Kazakh and Russian (preferred); advanced knowledge of English (preferred).
